Afternoon Walkabout taking in the last warm fall days.
On a Dead End road called Jericho Lake Road we found York Pond. We were exploring ‘off the beaten trail’ roads in New Hampshire north of the White Mountains. Just us and nature.
Walking the beach of Maine was nice; exploring New Hampshire incredibly beautiful; Vermont always provides an interesting story; but there is no place like home in the Adirondacks.
Five days of fun and exploring back roads, State Parks and interesting places.
I could not resist taking this photo of the trees reflected in the pond. Flipping it upside down gives the appearance the leaves are falling from above.
Relaxing autumn morning photographing Happy Valley.
"Winter is an etching, spring a watercolor, summer an oil painting and autumn a mosaic of them all." ~Stanley Horowitz
We spent the day touring through a portion of the southern Adirondacks on the bikes with Steven’s brother and sister-in-law for her birthday. Fantastic day for riding and celebrating family.
April 7, 2018 - Williamstown~Camp Zerbe
Itching to get out into nature we took a short hike down to the Lake at Camp Zerbe. It was incredibly cold and we forgot to bring gloves.
We almost missed this barn in Hammond. Luckily no cars were on the road and we were able to stop to capture a photo.
We went on a leisurely walk around the lake at Camp Zerbe. It was the last warm weekend before the temperature dropped and it snowed.
In spite of a temporary inconvenience, today could not have been more perfect. In so many ways.

Star Touring Bike Day June 3, 2017
We led the Star Touring group to Letchworth State Park along with three guests for a great day taking in the scenery. Our group consisted of Steven and I, Dianna, Ron, Gary, Arturo and Michele.
Memorial weekend in the Catskill Mountains. We made a pit stop at Awosting Falls in the Minnewaska State Park Preserve.
Above Allen Falls
This adventure had us traveling around the upper region of the Adirondacks looking for waterfalls. We found the trail for Allen Falls and followed it through an amazing display of nature. We reached the falls to find a magical work of art only nature can provide.
