Steven J. Tryon

Steven J. Tryon is an Upstate New York photographer who regularly publishes work that highlights the nearby Adirondack Mountain and Finger Lakes regions, the 1000 Islands, his home town area of Oswego County, and any other destination his schedule allows him to experience. His walkabouts, with camera in-hand, allow him to create a continuous stream of landscape and travel photography that shares the beauty of the areas he visits.

Walkabout Chronicles is Steven’s primary place for sharing his photographic work. It is a testament to the journey he has taken through life as he sets a compass direction and heads down undefined paths. The uncharted path always reveals new places that might never have been seen otherwise: An out of the way diner, an abandoned house or building, a stream, a waterfall or just something interesting that invokes strong feelings and establishes memories.

Steven has traveled many places within the United States and Canada, both by car and motorcycle. We hope you will follow him on his journeys as he shares these walkabouts through the lens of his camera.
